First and foremost, We would like to thank you for visiting us and using our services. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Privacy and Copyright Protection
CCMF Enterprise will keep your personal data safe and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that MII Express can use such data in accordance with our company's policies.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the related law in China, USA, Thailand & Malaysia. We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online.
If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can find our colleagues to issue your problems.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we'll be sorry to see you go.
We may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time. We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important.
If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.
Assignment and Sub-Contract
We have the right to assign or transfer or sub-contract all or part of our rights or obligations hereunder at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for all indirect, ancillary or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to the loss of profits, business and anticipated savings, even if the risk of such loss or damage was brought to our attention before or after acceptance of the shipment, including but not limited to our failure to perform any of our obligations hereunder as a result of circumstances outside our control including but not limited to the outbreak of war, any governmental act, explosion, accident, civil commotion, riot, industrial dispute, strike, lockout, stoppages or restraint of labour from whatever cause whether partial or general, weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any mode of transport or other force majeure, including fire, flood or any acts of God.
Fragile items should be reinforced and properly packaged. No compensation will be given for damages during transportation.
On the condition that we are satisfied that your claim of loss or damage to the shipment or item or contents thereof is justified, our liability for loss of or damage to your item or its contents thereof shall be limited to the following sums:
1. Air Shipping - If goods is lost during transshipment, the compensation will be 5 times of shipping charges paid by you for the lost item, with the maximum amount will not exceed USD 100.00;
2. Sea Shipping - If goods is lost during transit, the compensation will be 3 times the shipping charges paid by you for the lost item, with a maximum of USD 500.00;
3. Land Shipping - If goods is lost during transit, the compensation will be 3 times the shipping charges paid by you for the lost item, with a maximum of USD 100.00.

Loss, Damage and Delay to Shipment
We shall not in any case be liable for any loss, damage and delay of shipment arising from:
1. Any defect in any item in the shipment, whether or not known to us at any time before delivery to you;
2. Incomplete, insufficient, or erroneous entry of the warehouse address by you at the merchant’s website;
3. Failure by the merchant to make delivery within a reasonable time to the relevant warehouse address;
4. Failure by any party or the merchant to provide complete and sufficient information on your shipment item to us or make an accurate declaration for customs clearance, regulatory and delivery purposes;
5. Insufficient or improper packing or addressing information of any item in the shipment by your merchant;
6. Improper packing of any item in the shipment after having been opened by us for verification whether at the request of any customs authority or other governmental agencies;
7. Insufficient or improper packing of any item in the shipment after having been re-packed by us (Requested or acknowledged bu you);
8. Any alleged delivery from the merchant to the warehouse address provided by you, where there is no proof of delivery furnished by the merchant or their delivery agent and where the receipt of the item is not signed and acknowledged at our warehouse addresses;
9. Any loss of confidentiality in communications arising during the shipping;
10. Electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of electronic or photographic images or recordings;
11. The hazardous, fragile or brittle nature or the mechanical derangement of any item in the shipment; or
12. Failure by you to take delivery of or collect the shipment after being notified to do so.

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We'll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page.

Transportation insurance:
For high-value goods, please contact customer service to purchase insurance.
The insurance fee is 3% of the value of the goods.
For Air Shipping and Sea Shipping:
Insurance Premium: Goods value x 3%
For Land Shipping:
Insurance Premium: Good value + international shipping fee + other fee) x 3%
Note: By purchase the transport insurance, it will be fully compensated for the value of the goods declared. Fragile items should be properly packaged, normal transportation damage is not covered by insurance
